Mariana Garza Buck brings extensive experience in advertising and property management to the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team. Originally from a small town in Texas, and having lived in large markets, such as Dallas, Chicago, and currently Denver, Mariana has a thorough and comprehensive understanding of what makes a home desirable in both small and large cities.

 

Mariana has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, and prior to joining the LIV Sotheby’s team, she spent more than 15 years at renowned advertising agencies, including Leo Burnett, TM Advertising, Vladimir Jones, and Karsh Hagan. There, Mariana oversaw the strategic development of advertising campaigns for startups and Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, The Home Depot, Ram, and Sprint. Locally, her work with the visit Denver account provided her the opportunity to learn the rich and unique characteristics of the diverse Denver market.

 

In addition, Mariana’s experience in the property management field has given her insight and understanding into homeowner associations and their communities. From budgets to rules and processes, this knowledge provides additional support for her clients that few other agents can provide.
